Records
The Records Section of the Sheriff's Office is responsible for the reception of all documents regardless of internal or external sources. Records clerks enter all reports into the Department Records Management System, process requests for records received from other agencies or open records requests, image all records into the County document management system, prepare monthly Uniform Crime Reports for the State of Texas and the FBI, and prepare department purchasing requests.
