Patrol
The Uniform Services Division maintains social order through:

Enforcement of laws;

Timely response to calls for service;

Preliminary investigation of criminal offenses;

Apprehension of offenders;

Prevention efforts through interaction with citizens; and

A deterrent presence.
The Patrol Section is supervised by four Patrol Sergeants; Tyler Pursell, Michael McKay, Ryan Dowdy, and Sidney Blair.
The Patrol Section maintains social order through enforcement of laws, timely response to calls for service, preliminary investigation of criminal offenses, apprehension of offenders, and prevention efforts through interaction with citizens and maintaining a deterrent presence.
The Patrol Section consists of officers assigned to various shifts in order to provide complete coverage of the county on a twenty-four hour, seven day-a-week schedule.
