The District Clerk's office assists the local Attorney General's Office by filing new suits, preparing citations, capias, and filing modifications/enforcement.
The Attorney General's Office holds court every first and third Wednesday at 9:00 am on the first floor in the Commissioners Courtroom.

Customers now have access to new payment options like Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay! The new payment options are available when customers log in to their Smart e-Pay account.
