About the Position
The Special Prosecution Unit is growing and seeking an experienced, self-motivated prosecutor to handle serious felony cases occurring in correctional facilities across Texas. This position will be based out of the SPU home office in Huntsville, Texas, and offers a unique opportunity to serve multiple district attorneys' offices while maintaining significant autonomy in managing your regional caseload. Applicants living in the Houston to Huntsville corridor who want to protect communities across Texas should consider this opportunity.
