WALKER COUNTY DISTRICT CLERK'S OFFICE EXPUNCTION INFORMATION
The filing fee for an expunction is $350.00.
Service fees for each agency are as follows:
If the agency is listed below, or you provide an email address it can be noticed electronically, there is no fee as of 9/1/2025
If the agency is not listed, and you do not provide an email address, the agency will be served by certified mail (at the address you provide) at a rate of $25.00 PER AGENCY
