MISSION:  To be a leader in community supervision strategies and community safety by enforcing Orders of the Court, assisting victims of crime through increased offender accountability, and reduce criminal behavior through effective supervision.

This site offers valuable information for many resources available not only to the person placed on probation, but also citizens in the community. If you have questions, please click HERE to visit our Frequently Asked Questions page.  Occasionally, there are offenders who "abscond" or stop reporting to the supervision officer. In each of those cases, there is an active warrant for the offender's arrest. Within this site, you will find an "absconders" section as well as contact information for the Absconder Apprehension Services , Crime Stoppers, and our Department's TIP LINE at 936-435-2458.  Remember, in certain cases, Crime Stoppers may offer cash for tips leading to the arrest of the absconder.
