Judge Payne does not perform wedding ceremonies. 

The county clerk's office may assist you in obtaining a marriage license. A marriage license can be purchased at any Texas County Clerk's Office.

There is a seventy two (72) hour waiting period from the purchase of the marriage license until the ceremony can be performed. The seventy two hour (72) waiting period can be waived by obtaining a waiver from the District or County Judge's Office. The County Clerk's Office can answer all questions concerning the waiver.
