Below are the available hearing dates for the 12th District Court for Grimes, Madison and Walker Counties. 

Once all counsel or parties have selected and agreed on a court date, submit a completed setting request.  The setting request must be e-filed into the case and sent to the appropriate court staff either through e-file notification or by separate email.  A confirmation will be issued once the case has been added to the requested docket.

For bench trails and jury trials, Judge Moorman requires that alternative dispute resolution options have been attempted prior to trial.
