The court requires the petition and order in the above hyperlink to be filed in order to obtain an Occupational License. Please note that all documents required on the bottom of page 5 of the petition MUST be filed prior to the court considering the petition. All requests for an Occupational License that are based on an intoxication offense are required to have an in-person hearing.
