Criminal Offenses (Traffic, Alcohol, Parks & Wildlife, etc.)

• Payments can be made in the form of cash, cashier's checks, money orders or credit cards.

Civil Cases(Small Claims and Justice Cases)

• Payments can be made by business checks, cashier's checks, money orders, or credit cards.

IN-HOUSE CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS WILL BE CHARGED A ONE-TIME FEE OF $3.00 EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016.

*CHECKS AND MONEY ORDERS MADE OUT TO "JUSTICE COURT #3"
 

How Payments Can Be Made

1. Payments can be made in person at the office during regular office hours.

2. Payments can be made through the use of the US Postal Service, Federal Express or UPS.
