Traffic Offense Options

1. Enter a plea of guilty or nolo contendere and pay the fine amount for the violation. Payment can be made in person at our location, by mailing money order or cashiers check, on line at www.trafficpayment.com or by calling 1-800-444-1187. Please contact Court first for fine amount.
2. Enter a plea of not guilty and request to be placed on the Pre-Trial Docket. 
3. Enter a plea of guilty or nolo contendere and require this charge be dismissed by requesting permission to take an approved driving safety course.  However you must meet all qualifications.

Non-Traffic Offense Options

1. Enter a plea of guilty or nolo contendere and pay the fine amount for the violation.
2. Enter a plea of not guilty and request to be placed on the Pre-Trial Docket.
3. Minors that have received an alcohol offense must contact the court.
