Driving Directions

As of April 1, 2006 SB 1836 was put into affect throughout the State of Texas. The purpose of Senate Bill 1836 is to collect delinquent traffic and class "C" violations in the state of Texas.  This mandate will also apply to higher courts.  The new law is NOW in effect and provides methods of collections for these delinquent fines such as:

Actions against your Driver's License; Collection Department; or JAIL TIME.
