“HOW” to plead NOT GUILTY
Traffic Offense Options:
1. Enter a plea of guilty or nolo contendere and pay the fine amount for the violation.
2. Enter a plea of not guilty and request to be placed on the Pre-Trial docket.
3. Enter a plea of guilty or nolo contendere and require this charge be dismissed by requesting permission to take an approved driving safety course.
However you must meet all qualifications.
Non-Traffic Offense Options:
1. Enter a plea of guilty or nolo contendere and pay the fine amount for the violation.
2. Enter a plea of not guilty and request to be placed on the Pre-Trial docket.
