METHODS OF PAYMENT

     Criminal Offenses (traffic, alcohol, Parks & Wildlife, etc.)

              NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED

              Payments can be made in the form of cash, cashier's checks, money orders or credit cards.

                                              Credit Card Payments WILL NOT be taken over the phone!

     Civil Cases (Small Claims and Justice Cases)

              Payments can be made by business checks, cashier's checks, money orders, or credit cards.

      How Payments can be made

              Payments can be made in person at the office during regular office hours. 

              Payments can be made through the use of the US Postal Service, Federal Express or UPS

              Payments can be made with a credit card.  We MUST have a plea from you in writing BEFORE

              we can post the payment to your account.  This may be done by faxing this office a written plea

              along with with your credit information and a not saying that you authorize us to do so for what

              AMOUNT.
