1. Enter a plea of guilty or nolo contendere and pay the fine amount for the violation.
2. Enter a plea of not guilty in writting along with a judge or jury trial requested. We
MUST have these 2 things BEFORE trial can be set!
3. Enter a plea of guilty or nolo contendere and request this charge be dismissed by taking an approved driving safety course. However you must meet all qualifications.
Non-Traffic Offense Options:
1. Enter a plea of guilty or nolo contendere and pay the fine amount for the violation.
2. Enter a plea of not guilty and request to be placed on the criminal docket.
